We have been actively operating from Berlin since more than 20 years with success in German urban centres and in the neighbouring foreign markets. In early 1999 the company was founded by Martin von Arnim and his wife, initially only with a handful of staff, focussing on three core competencies: Wealth Management for major banks and private institutes, the Real Estate sector and Interim Management.
von Arnim HR Consulting rapidly gained repute in this set of competencies and quickly grew in staff strength on account of the rising volume of assignments.
With the consolidation and expansion of our Real Estate line of business, our contacts in the financial world shifted increasingly to Real Estate related matters. Finally, in 2012 after passing the management baton to the younger generation, we have been operating actively only in the Real Estate sector. Our RESES Real Estate Executive Search domain, later renamed VAP Real Estate Careers is now an established brand in this sector. Mid-sized companies, concerns, institutional investors and asset managers as well as public administrative organisations and development agents, ever since, prefer and rely on the vast experience of our team for recruitments in top positions.
We owe our recognition and sound reputation to our, subsequently explained, sustainable mode of operation, and our extensive network of top notch, personally cultivated contacts with the upper and highest echelons of management in the Real Estate sector. Our successful consultants possess in-depth knowledge of the industry, vast experience and are assisted by highly motivated and well educated colleagues from the research department and back office.
