Founded in 1998, the company focusses on the region of CEE and has currently more than 400 employees in nine countries. The Group continues to gain more market share across all its countries of operations and is on track to have 10 million m² by 2023.

Over the past few years the company has focussed most activities around the capital cities and major urban areas of CEE, in reaction to the rising demand from logistics and e-commerce players for facilities in those prime locations. To support the enter on the German market and accelerate the company‘s developments in the region of Berlin, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of a Berlin based

Regional Development Director (f/m/d)

He/she will be operating in direct contact with the executive board. The expert (f/m/d) will support the business management in the operative sector, with own responsibility for all strategic and operational requirements of the project development business.

Leadership skills are essential, as the designated Regional Development Director (f/m/d) will assemble the business unit in Germany from scratch - in terms of personnel and structure. He/she will perform this task in close cooperation with the CEO, who will be the Interim Country Head during the start-up phase with weekly presence in Germany. The Regional Development Director`s (f/m/d) initial focus will be on identifying opportunities so that the company can start its business in Germany. This area of responsibility includes the acquisition of land and the purchase of income-producing property.


Our client is looking for an established expert in holistic development, business development and/or acquisitions - an experienced aspirant (f/m/d) with valid long-term success and leadership responsibility. He/she pursues a broad approach and is able to demonstrate a track-record of realized projects/acquisitions/leases – at least partially in the logistics, industrial or production sector.

Obligatory is a degree in a relevant discipline, ideally in civil engineering or in a similar technical field. Fluent English and German in regards to contract terms and communication is expected.
